Cilindrical UV printing is a digital process designed for decorating round or tapered objects. Using specially adapted product rotation mechanisms on standard multipass printers or by using a faster but less flexible single pass cilindrical machine, these systems apply full 360° artwork directly onto curved surfaces—with instant UV curing for fast and durable results.

DTF Ink for Crystal Label Sticker Printing

When attaching, it only requires a light press to complete the transfer. The operation is simple and does not generate heat or smoke. The equipment price is usually higher than that of the DTF system, but the hot pressing process is omitted.
