It is an ink made by suspending finely ground pigment particles in a liquid. Unlike dye inks, the pigment particles in pigment ink do not dissolve in the liquid, but physically adhere to the textile fibers to form the colour.
DTF Ink for Crystal Label Sticker Printing
UV DTF printing relies on UV flatbed or roll-to-roll printers and uses A/B double-layer film. Film A is used to carry patterns, while film B serves as the transfer medium. When attaching, it only requires a light press to complete the transfer. The operation is simple and does not generate heat or smoke. The equipment price is usually higher than that of the DTF system, but the hot pressing process is omitted.
