The Concept Behind Color–White–Color (C/W/C)
1. Uses high-quality raw materials to effectively reduce substrate shrinkage and prevent film tearing and edge curling.
2. High opacity and excellent whiteness of white ink: The color ink boasts high saturation, resulting in images with distinct layers and clear definition.
3. The printed image features vibrant colors, fine ink dots, and is resistant to washing with detergent water.
4. Applicable to various UV ultra-transparent coating processes, including mainstream “color-white-color” and high-end “color-white-black-and-white-color” multi-layer application techniques;

Demystifying C/W/C Printing: How to Create Flawless Double-Sided Graphics on a Single Clear Substrate
When ordering premium signage, window displays, or acrylic blocks, clients often present a request that sounds simple but is technically demanding: “I want a clear sign with graphics on both sides, but it needs to be vibrant on both sides without one image showing through to the other.”
In the print industry, the ultimate solution for this premium look is called Color–White–Color (C/W/C) Three-Layer One-Pass Printing.
Inside the "Three-Layer Sandwich"
This technique doesn’t involve printing on both sides of the material manually. Instead, it places three separate layers of ink in a single press pass, stacking them like a sandwich:
The First Color Layer (CMYK - Reversed): The image is printed in reverse directly onto the transparent substrate. When viewed from the front (through the material), the graphic appears perfectly smooth and right-reading.
The Core White Layer (Opaque White Ink): A high-density layer of opaque white ink is laid down directly over the first color layer. This acts as an invisible barrier, serving as a light block and color stabilizer.
The Second Color Layer (CMYK - Right-Reading): The final image is printed right-reading on top of the white layer, making it perfectly visible and vibrant from the back side.
The Result: Two identical, full-color images sitting back-to-back, perfectly aligned, with zero show-through—all produced from a single piece of material.

Why the White Layer is the Secret Sauce
Without that middle white layer, light would pass freely through the transparent substrate, causing the two images to overlap, blur, and create a cheap-looking "ghosting" effect.
The Ultimate Light Block: The high-density white ink cuts off light transmission completely. Whether facing harsh outdoor sunlight or bright indoor spotlights, both sides remain entirely independent and opaque.
The Color Amplifier: Much like a primer coat in painting, the white layer provides a pure, neutral background for the CMYK inks on both sides. This ensures colors pop with maximum saturation and accuracy.
Where C/W/C Printing Shines
This premium technique is the gold standard for applications where dual-sided readability and flawless aesthetics are non-negotiable:
High-End Retail Window Graphics: Allows pedestrians outside and customers inside to see rich, crisp, right-reading branding simultaneously.
Suspended Acrylic Signage & Wayfinding: Provides 360-degree visibility with no "bad angle" or transparent washing-out.
Double-Sided Backlit Displays: Maintains deep, rich color density even when heavily backlit, preventing the washed-out look common in standard prints.
Premium Merchandising & Acrylic Standees: Perfect for collectibles, anime merchandise, or luxury gift items where absolute detail and color consistency are required on both sides.

Cylindrical UV Printing Solution
Cilindrical UV printing is a digital process designed for decorating round or tapered objects. Using specially adapted product rotation mechanisms on standard multipass printers or by using a faster but less flexible single pass cilindrical machine, these systems apply full 360° artwork directly onto curved surfaces—with instant UV curing for fast and durable results.
UV DTF Ink for Crystal Label Sticker Printing
UV DTF printing relies on UV flatbed or roll-to-roll printers and uses A/B double-layer film. Film A is used to carry patterns, while film B serves as the transfer medium. When attaching, it only requires a light press to complete the transfer. The operation is simple and does not generate heat or smoke. The equipment price is usually higher than that of the DTF system, but the hot pressing process is omitted.
