Crystal Label AB Film is a specialized transfer film for UV-DTF printing, designed for applications like glass bottle labels, metallic foil transfers, and decorative stickers. It features a dual-layer (A+B) structure with PET/PVC material, compatible with high-speed UV printers for crisp, durable prints on glass, aluminum, and wood substrates.

Storage Conditions:Store in a cool, dry place at 15–25°C, away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed in original packaging.

WORK STEP
- Use the UV printer to inkjet UV ink on the film A which with glue already
- Laminate the printed film A with Film B by small laminator
- Cut the pattern, remove the covered film A, transfer it on the products surface

The equipment price is usually higher than that of the DTF system, but the hot pressing process is omitted.
